Résumé
The Tlemcen Declaration was adopted March 21, 2013, following the work of the 3rd Mediterranean Forest Week in the presence of Algerian Agriculture Minister, Rachid Benaissa. It marks the political commitment of ministers and heads of delegation present to take into account the policy orientations proposed by experts from the Mediterranean and discussed during the week.
